I will respect and support you in your chosen religion, faith, spirituality or views.

I’d be happy to refer you to therapists who speak other languages.

In-person sessions are held at #09-02B The Adelphi, 1 Coleman Street, Singapore 179803 (City Hall MRT).

Please take the office lifts, which are located near the bottom of the escalators.

  • How long are your sessions?

My sessions are usually 60 minutes long.

Extended sessions can be arranged upon request.

  • How much are your sessions?

My current rate is SGD 175 for a 60-minute session (in person and online).

  • Do you offer subsidised fees?

I also offer up to 5 sessions at a reduced fee for clients who are facing financial difficulty.

  • Do you offer packages?

I don’t offer packages as I don’t want clients to feel “locked in” to a certain number of sessions.

Also, some of the therapies I use, like MEMI and Brain-Switch 2.0, can work in just one to three sessions.

  • How many sessions do I need?

This generally depends on the issue(s) you want to work on.

MEMI and Brain-Switch 2.0 can be effective in as few as one to three sessions.

Attachment work will generally take longer.

  • How frequent should the sessions be?

If the issue you want to work on is highly distressing and affecting your day-to-day functions, then more frequently is better at the start (e.g. weekly).

As things improve, this can be spaced out to fortnightly or monthly.

  • How do I book an appointment?

You can WhatsApp me on +65 9852 9817 or fill in this form.

I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Do I pay before or after the session?

Generally, payment should be made at least a week before the session to hold the slot. Otherwise it may be released to other clients.

  • What's your cancellation policy?

Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Otherwise a cancellation fee may apply as the slot could have been used by another client.

  • Are the sessions confidential?

All information that you share with me will be kept confidential, except in the following circumstances:

    • Where disclosure is required under the law;

    • Where I have reason to believe that you are (at risk of) harming yourself or others; or

    • For the purposes of my supervision with my clinical supervisor.

  • How should I prepare for my first session?

Most clients are focused on the issue(s) they want to resolve. But it’s also useful to think about what you would like to get out of therapy.

What would a good outcome look like for you?

  • Can someone accompany me during the session?

Yes, you can have someone else present during the session if that makes you feel more comfortable.

However, I would ask that the other person remain a supportive but largely silent presence.

  • Will I need to tell you my trauma in detail?

It’s up to you how much you want to tell me. Therapies like MEMI and Brain-Switch 2.0 will be effective even if I don’t know the details.

What’s important is that you feel safe and comfortable.
