My Role

I’m one of the first therapists internationally to become a Certified Brain-Switch 2.0 Practitioner, and I’m also Co-Vice President of Brain-Switch 2.0 International.

I’m a Contributing Author of two chapters of the second edition of Dr Joachim Lee’s book, Brain-Switch 2.0: Effective Method to Resolve Trauma and Emotion-Based Issues (“Brain-Switch 2.0 for Grief and Loss” and “Therapeutic Positioning in Brain-Switch 2.0”).

I also support the training of new Brain-Switch 2.0 practitioners whenever I can by giving demos and sharing my experience.

About Brain-Switch 2.0

Created by senior psychotherapist Dr Joachim Lee, PBM, Brain-Switch 2.0 a content-free, neuroscience-based approach for resolving trauma and emotional disturbances. It uses the client's imagination and creativity to reduce the emotional weight of distressing memories.

After a session of Brain-Switch 2.0, my clients almost invariably tell me that they feel "lighter". They're more free to create the life they want for themselves.

(See my blog post: “What happens during Brain-Switch 2.0?”)

  • Quick & cost-effective

Most trauma therapies require several sessions, which is why clients often drop out. Brain-Switch 2.0 can give effective and lasting results in just one to three sessions.

  • Content-free

Most trauma therapies require the client to recount the traumatic experience repeatedly, which can be very upsetting for the client and can even retraumatise them. In contrast, you don’t need to give me details about what happened for Brain-Switch 2.0 to still be effective.

  • Fun

People often think that trauma therapy has to be heavy and serious, or that they have to cry to “let the emotions out”. But in fact it’s easier to let go of the past when we feel safe and relaxed and are having fun! My clients enjoy using their creativity to make the Brain-Switch 2.0 process their own.

  • DIY

Brain-Switch 2.0 can also be done on your own as a form of self-care. I teach clients who are interested a simplified form of Brain-Switch 2.0 so that they can be thieir own therapist.

If you’re curious to try Brain-Switch 2.0, get in touch to arrange a session or find out more.
